Pricing is a challenge. In any business. But in our industry we have not been encouraged to be critical thinking, we are a comparison business, we do what other spas are doing. What's missing is the strategy. And without that, we struggle. 

In order to determine your pricing you MUST be clear on the cost. What is this costing you? To decide how much you need to get back you must first figure out how much the service costs to give. 

Pricing concerns are stressful for an owner. Its easy to be emotional, but that emotion is holding you back from increasing your sales.
