How to Dramatically Increase
Ideal Client Spa Bookings + Make Them Stick

4 Ways in 4 Days
e-Course

Way 1 - Day 1

In my experience, the problem most spa owners have when it comes to Client Attraction is having an unclear Ideal Client.

Why is this SO important for your marketing?

By focusing your marketing language, image, services and retail to your Ideal Client, you will allow them to (almost) instantly know if your business is right for them.

Consumers know exactly what they're looking for when they search online...so make it easy for them to say "YES!" by clearly communicating that what you offer is especially for them.

Get Crystal Clear On Who Your Ideal Client Is!

In this lesson, you are looking to identify your BEST clients. The ones you could clone if it were possible!

Be as descriptive as possible…it really helps to clarify your Ideal Client.

Sample Ideal Client Social Media Post - Recharging On The Weekend: Time spent recharging after a hectic work week may mean spending time with the women who love and support you best, drawing a hot bath with aromatherapy to soothe your body or taking time out for a replenishing facial at X Spa.

Once you’ve completed this worksheet, you should start to have a better understanding of who your Ideal Client is.

This is essential information (and takes a while to really get it right...so don't rush!) to be clear on because once you know the psychographics (their behaviours) of your Ideal Client, you can now choose words & images that speak to them in your copy (marketing lingo for writing material used in selling services & products).

For example, if your Ideal Client is a woman in her 50's, no (or older) kids at home, independant, her career is still going strong, she's physically active and has a strong social circle of similar women in her life.

You could be using images & copy (like the one above) to portray this kind of woman, to prove you know the kind of woman she is, and what she needs.

Now…the next step is to use this information to fine-tune your marketing. How you’re presenting your website to consumers and making it appeal to your Ideal Client is your next step!
