When entering into a conversation where you have some truth bombs to drop, whatever the subject matter.  Sometimes, (usually) it feels easier to retreat back and live under the banner of avoidance. As long as we are ignoring the issue we don't have to confront it, which is comfortable. But, its weighing on you, even if you don't realize it.  Eventually, the emotion and frustration of this unresolved issue bubbles to the surface and comes out in a the worst, least productive way.  

Thats bad for you , bad for your relationship with your staff, and bad for business.
